PPR Fittings
PPR fittings are highly durable, heat-resistant components used to join Polypropylene Random Copolymer (PPR) pipes in hot and cold water plumbing systems. Known for their excellent chemical resistance and leak-proof fusion welding, these fittings are a modern, reliable alternative to traditional metal piping systems.

- Material: Polypropylene Random Copolymer (Type 3) virgin material
- Minimum Required Strength (MRS): Approximately 10.0 MPa at 20°C for 50 years
- Hydrostatic Design Basis (HDB): Typically 11 MPa (1600 psi) @ 20°C/23°C
- Allowable Design Stress: Varies by temperature and application class; generally around 5 MPa for continuous use
- Tensile Strength at Yield: ~23 MPa (3300 psi)
- Elongation at Break: >50% to >600% (ductile material)
- Modulus of Elasticity (Short-term flexural): ~800 – 1100 MPa (Value decreases with increasing temperature)
- Flexural Modulus: ~800-1000 MPa
- Poisson’s Ratio: ~0.45
- Thermal Expansion Coefficient: ~1.5 × 10⁻⁴ °C⁻¹
- Pressure Ratings: PN10, PN16, PN20, PN25
- Available Diameters: 16 mm up to 710 mm+

PPR Fittings

Tee
Used to connect three PP-R pipes, allowing water flow in three directions.

90° Elbow
Changes the pipe direction by 90°, ideal for corners or tight spaces.

45° Elbow
Provides a 45° directional change for smoother water flow.

Coupling
Connects two straight sections of PP-R pipes of the same diameter.

Reducing Tee
Connects three pipes of different sizes; reduces flow diameter at one branch.

Reducing coupling
Joins two pipes of different diameters in a straight line.

Short bridge
Allows bypass or connection between two parallel pipes.

Reducing Elbow 90°
Makes a 90° turn while connecting pipes of different diameters.

Female Elbow 90°
90° elbow with female threads for easy connection to male-threaded components.

Stop Valve
Controls or shuts off water flow manually within the system.

End Cap
Closes the end of a PP-R pipe to seal off the system.

Flange adapter
Connects PP-R pipes to flanged equipment or metal pipelines.

Male coupling
Straight connector with male threads to join pipes to female-threaded fittings.

Female coupling
Straight connector with female threads for male-threaded components.

Male brass union
Combines brass and PP-R ends for reliable threaded connections.

Female brass union
Connects PP-R pipe to a male-threaded fitting using a brass insert.

Fe-Double union
Allows easy disassembly of two connected PP-R pipes for maintenance.

Plastic Ball Valve
Manually controls flow with a quarter-turn handle for quick shut-off.

Male Threaded Tee
Tee fitting with a male-threaded branch for connecting to threaded outlets.

Female thread tee
Tee fitting with a female-threaded branch for threaded pipeline extensions.
